• How can I track my order?

You can check the status of your order by accessing 'My Account' and clicking 'Orders'. 

The tracking number will be provided if available, but please be noted that for some channels (e.g. railway to Europe), tracking numbers are not provided from the shipping companies.

  • What should I do if there is a delay in my delivery?

We apologize for any delays in delivery. Whenever there is a delay in delivery, no action is needed on the customer's end. Please understand that delays in shipping occur for many reasons including such as bad weather and is not a cause for alarm. 

  • Am I able to choose when my parcel gets delivered?

Unfortunately, we don’t offer specific time slots for our deliveries at this time. However, once your order has been shipped, you may reach out to our courier partners to see if they can arrange a delivery during your preferred time slot.

  • What should I do if customs charged me tax for the products?

Our shipping fee does not cover any fee or tax caused by the customs or any regulatory units.
In most cases, there will not be any tax or fee on the customer side, but it still highly depends on the country you're in. Customers are responsible for any tax, fee, and related procedures as required by the customs. Please let us know if you need supports from us.
