  • How long does shipping take?

Short answer : it depends on the destination.
For pre-order products, the shipping does not begin until the production is finished.
For in-stock products,  the product will be shipped within three days after the order is confirmed.

Shipping to Asia
To Hong Kong and Taiwan, shipping usually takes 7 - 10 days to arrive.
To South Korea, it takes around 14 - 20 days.
To Singapore and Malaysia, shipping usually takes 7 - 14 days.

Shipping to Europe, North America, South American, and Australia
For products less than 6kg (13 lbs),  the product is sent through air freight, which takes around 30 - 40 days to arrive. Because figurines and statues are sizable and quite heavy, we have chosen the most cost efficient method of shipping to not pass the costs unto our customers.
If you are willing to pay more for UPS, FEDEX or DHL (faster delivery), please contact us for more information. (The cost will be around 200 - 500 USD for a mid-size figure shipping to US through FEDEX)
For products weight more than 6kg (13lbs), railway systems will be used for European countries, which usually takes around 40 - 50 days, and may not allow delivery tracking.
For US, Canada, and Australia, we use sea freight that takes around 30 - 40 days.

Please note that, there is a great volatility in delivery time under the current global situation (e.g. the Suez canal incident and Covid). We do not accept any kind of refund or return after the product is sent out. And we cannot guarantee the exact time the product to be delivered.

  • What is a resin statue, or so called GK?

Resin is a composite blend, which is rotationally molded into strong and pliable products that can mimic the look of stone and metal materials at a more affordable cost and a fraction of the weight. In easy terms, resin is a kind of plastic that is harder and more fragile.

GK is the abbreviation for Garage Kit, which is the resin models you assemble and paint yourself. The garage part is that early resin models would be cast and sold by amateurs working from their garage. Nowadays, lots of studios around the world are making their own designs and manufacturing GK products. While only part of the studios seek for the authorization of copyright of the anime, we only act as an agent offering brokerage services. Customers placing an order mean they fully understand the potential copyright risk and the nature of the product, and are willing to take the full responsibility.

  • How does the deposit work?

The deposit serves as a way to reserve the product at a discounted price. When the statue is released and is ready to be shipped, an email containing an invoice for the remaining cost of the statue plus the shipping fee will be sent.

The deposit method is a great option for buyer's wallets because it costs much less up front and allows for time to save up for the remainder of the funds.

  • Where is my order?

Some of our products are pre-ordered products. Please refer to the item's description to see the estimated release date. Due to the amount of work that goes into the production of these statues, delays can happen. Do not panic if it's past the estimated release time frame and the order still hasn't been shipped.

After shipping has begun, shipping codes can be viewed by accessing "My Account" and the status of the order. Please check "Delivery" for more information.

  • I want to purchase an item, but it is out-of-stock. What should I do?

All the statues are produced in limited quantities, so a statue that is highly sought after can be sold out very quickly. If that's the case, please message us to inquire about surplus from possible order cancellations or over-production.

  • I want to purchase an product I saw on other sites, but it's not on your store. What should I do?

As the question above, all the statues are produced in limited quantities, so a statue that is highly sought after can be sold out very quickly.

Also, we have a rather strict selection for the products we sell. As there are dozens of new products coming out every week, we only sell products sourced from reliable studios, which have guaranteed quality rather accurate production timeline.

  • I received the shipping fee invoice, and it is more than I expected. What should I do?

Shipping for these products can be costly due to their size and weight. The shipping prices often catches new buyers off guard, and it is very understandable. If you need more time to gather the funds or want to cancel the order altogether, please reach out to us to discuss those options.

  • What if my statue arrived damaged, incorrect, or damaged?

We take extreme care in packaging our products to minimize the risk of damage. However, damages can occur during transit even with the correct preparations.
